Enojoy a yoga class alone or with your friends and familly. Choose among a variety of styles, like Ha-tha Yoga, Vinyasa Flow Yoga alignment oriented and Clubbell Yoga. All classes may inclulde a small meditation, usually at the beging or at the end. We offer 1h, 90min or 2h lessons.
You can also choose a meditation only class. During the first part of the lesson the body is prepared to stay still using kriya and pranayama to access to confortable position that can be maintened during meditation.
